Presenting customer success to your company's board is hard — but Catalyst, together with Accel, Silicon Valley Bank, and Primary are excited to show you how you can be awesome in the boardroom.
Recent massive IPOs from Snowflake, Freshworks, Slack, and others, show that if you hyperfocus on customer success and empowering your customers, your NDR and company revenue will grow considerably, leading to an extremely high valuation.
It's this realization that has given CS leaders a more prominent seat at the table—presenting to board members everything they can about customer stories, renewals, expansions, product adoption, and more.
But with this new attention comes increased pressure for CS leaders to not only hit important business goals, but also to present their function masterfully at every board meeting.
On October 14th, join Edward Chiu (Co-founder & CEO of Catalyst), and Vas Natarajan (Partner at Accel), Cassie Young (Operating Partner at Primary), and other CS leaders in attendance, as they show you everything you need to know about presenting customer success in the boardroom in a way that will blow your board away.
What You'll Learn:
• Critical metrics board members want to see, and how to accurately report them
• Metrics board members do NOT care about/want to see
• How to craft an overall customer story that will resonate with the board
• Strategies and resources to help you create an impactful and actionable slide deck
• Questions board members will want addressed and how to answer them masterfully
