Suki Sandhu OBE is one of the UK’s leading specialists in sourcing exceptional diverse talent, and has been a gamechanger within the diversity and executive search arenas for over 17 years. Suki is a Stonewall Ambassador and launched ‘The Suki Sandhu LGBTQI Asia Fund’ to support activism in Asia. He is also a Patron for The Albert Kennedy Trust and serves on the Board of Directors of OutRight Action International based in NYC. He is a Trustee for the Guild of HR Professionals and was awarded an OBE from the Queen in the 2019 New Year’s Honours for Services to Diversity in Business.
Jay Ersapah is the EMEA Head of Financial Risk Management for Silicon Valley Bank, leveraging a career across multiple Risk and Finance disciplines, in investment, commercial banking and consultancy for global sizeable organisations such as Deloitte, Citigroup and Barclays. She has helped establish and is the lead for the LGBTQ+ network at Silicon Valley Bank; where she works closely with Stonewall to create and promote a culture where all can bring their authentic selves to work. She is starting her tenure as a Trustee for Diversity Role Models, a charity that help schools to become more LGBTQ+ inclusive, through education and role model storytelling.
Prior to joining Silicon Valley Bank in 2020, Jay served on various DEI committees at global banks and consultancies, focusing on LGBTQ+ and racial equality, and gender diversity, across the employee lifecycle.  For the past 15 years, she has also been an active mentor for a variety of non-for-profit organisations in the education sector such as  Migrant Leaders, Upreach and Urban Synergy, aimed at students from less-advantaged backgrounds.
