He has shared his expert knowledge with some of the world’s largest companies and in global media, including broadcasts on BBC World Service and ITN.

Suki established Audeliss in 2011; a global executive search firm, with offices in London and NYC, committed to levelling the field for executive and non-executive opportunities for women, ethnic minority and LGBT+ candidates. 65% of Audeliss’ senior appointments since 2011 have been diverse representing a significant impact in the composition of boards and senior leadership teams in businesses across multiple industries.

Suki is also Founder & CEO of INvolve, a global network and consultancy championing diversity and inclusion in business. Through the delivery of events, programmes, thought leadership and advisory solutions, INvolve helps organisations drive cultural change and create more inclusive workplaces. INvolve has offices in the London, Dublin and NYC. In addition, INvolve publish annual global Role Model Lists, supported by Yahoo Finance, recognising and celebrating business leaders and future leaders who are breaking down barriers at work and inspiring the next generation of diverse talent. Suki is a Stonewall Ambassador and launched ‘The Suki Sandhu LGBTQI Asia Fund’ to support activism in Asia. He is also a Patron for The Albert Kennedy Trust and serves on the Board of Directors of OutRight Action International based in NYC. He is a Trustee for the Guild of HR Professionals and was awarded an OBE from the Queen in the 2019 New Year’s Honours for Services to Diversity in Business.

Jay Ersapah is the EMEA Head of Financial Risk Management for Silicon Valley Bank, leveraging a career across multiple Risk and Finance disciplines, in investment, commercial banking and consultancy for global sizeable organisations such as Deloitte, Citigroup and Barclays. She has helped establish and is the lead for the LGBTQ+ network at Silicon Valley Bank; where she works closely with Stonewall to create and promote a culture where all can bring their authentic selves to work. She is starting her tenure as a Trustee for Diversity Role Models, a charity that help schools to become more LGBTQ+ inclusive, through education and role model storytelling.

Prior to joining Silicon Valley Bank in 2020, Jay served on various DEI committees at global banks and consultancies, focusing on LGBTQ+ and racial equality, and gender diversity, across the employee lifecycle.  For the past 15 years, she has also been an active mentor for a variety of non-for-profit organisations in the education sector such as  Migrant Leaders, Upreach and Urban Synergy, aimed at students from less-advantaged backgrounds.
