SVB & Blackbird Ventures invite you to join a conversation around how to have impact as a leader and remain humble at the same time.
Ken Wilcox, former CEO of Silicon Valley Bank and Author of Leading Through Culture: How Real Leaders Create Cultures That Motivate People to Achieve Great Things, will be joined by Dani Pinkus, Head of Community at Blackbird Ventures and Andy Tsao & Sara Rona of SVB's Global Gateway team for this fireside chat.

-Why is leadership a trait and how can you become an influential leader?
-Why is your team your more important asset?
-How do you drive change within your organization?
-What happens when you are veering off in the wrong direction? How do you reorient yourself and your team?
