The Venture financing markets are on pace to exceed previous highs, however many founders are not hearing the stories of successful exits. Selling a business is never an easy decision, and there are a myriad of reasons to stay the course. In this discussion will explore questions such as:
· What were the factors that you took into account as you considered selling?
· What do you wish you would have known before you sold?
· How did the deal come together?
· Have you been able to realize the vision for your startup leveraging a larger platform?
Silicon Valley Bank invites you to join a fireside chat hosted by Ben Shephard, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Software at SVB, with Faizan Bhatty, Co-Founder of Halo Cars which recently had an exit to Lyft, to learn more about how one founder navigated this process.
REGISTER TODAY to join us for this virtual event via Zoom.
