Raysa Bousleiman manages relationships with traditional VC firms focused on healthcare and life science investments. She is also responsible for conducting data-driven analyses on the global healthcare innovation economy that SVB serves. Prior to SVB, Raysa worked as a healthcare consultant focusing on health systems revenue cycle management and operations.Â
Raysa graduated from the University of Southern California with honors, receiving a bachelor’s in human biology.Â
Systems-thinking CX leader turned venture capitalist, Cristina values driving growth in people and organizations. She previously co-founded an e-learning SaaS platform in Barcelona. After seven years of building her career and community abroad, she moved to San Francisco to open Typeform’s first U.S. office. She’s held a number of leadership roles at hyper-growth SaaS startups where she built and operationalized teams from scratch. As an investor, Cristina is drawn to startups where technology meets human connection, emphasizing the approach to maximizing returns while keeping a keen eye on the triple-bottom line: profits, people, and process.
Jessica Karr is Founder & Managing Director of Coyote Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in bold innovations in health equity & women’s health that drive health outcomes for overlooked populations. Jessica’s experience launching novel impact-focused products began when she joined Impossible Foods as the 12th employee, where she helped develop and launch the Impossible burger. She has worked with over a dozen startups as a consultant and advisor, she holds an MS in Biochemistry and an MBA.
Tanvi is an investor at Intuit Ventures, Intuit’s CVC arm focused on early growth-stage investments within fintech, commerce, and SMB tech. She is also the co-founder of VC Unleashed, a non-profit dedicated to increasing racial representation in the venture space. Prior to Intuit, Tanvi worked with Cowboy Ventures, Concrete Rose Capital, and early-stage fintech Sequin Financial. Tanvi started her career as a consultant at Deloitte before getting her MBA from Berkeley Haas in 2022.
Gloria Lau is the cofounder and CEO of Hello Alpha, with a mission to improve access to women’s healthcare needs. She has over a decade of experience in data science and machine learning, ranging from small startups to public companies like Linkedin and Google. She is a consulting faculty at Stanford Engineering. She has an MS and PhD from Stanford, and a BS from UCLA.
Kellie Menendez is an experienced operator, entrepreneur, and advisor with over 20 years in Silicon Valley. She specializes in helping startups and early-stage companies improve usability, develop growth strategies, and refine go-to-market plans.
Kellie is passionate about empowering women to achieve their goals and uses her creative background to support their journeys. She is on the advisory board of Women's Earth Alliance (WEA) and the startup advisory board for the newly formed Aldea Franchise. As a former member of Pipeline Angels, she contributed to funding women social entrepreneurs. Additionally, she founded Half Full, a wallpaper company that celebrates wildlife and supports animal protection, with showrooms across the U.S. and features in magazines like Domino, Architectural Digest, and Business of Home.
Kellie has held key roles as a founding team member at Practice Fusion, a pioneering Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technology firm, and as an Operating Partner at Subtraction Capital (Oakhouse Partners), an early investor in companies like Carta and Zipline. Her award-winning expertise in product development and marketing has been sought after by both B2B and B2C companies, including WellnessFX, Gorgias, Booster, and Flowspace.
Recently, Kellie became a published author and illustrator with her children's book, Patterns, Patterns Everywhere, which earned a starred review from School Library Journal. The book has been praised for its engaging exploration of patterns, making it a wonderful read-aloud for early childhood education.

Laura Moreno Lucas is a General Partner at L’ATTITUDE Ventures, a
$100M purpose-led venture fund that invests in early-stage U.S. Latinoled
and owned businesses. Previously, Laura was the Managing Director
of the Nasdaq Stock Exchange and the founder of Pandocap, a
strategic financial advisory services firm, and Ladada, a fashion
subscription company. She also mentors at accelerators like Black
Ambition and 500 Startups and is on the board of multiple non-profits.
In her role at L’ATTITUDE Ventures, she focuses on changing the
investment landscape for Latino entrepreneurs. Born in Guadalajara,
Mexico, she immigrated to the U.S. when she was seven years old and
understands the challenges confronting Latino entrepreneurs scaling
their startups into proper product-market fit and gaining access to
capital markets.
She recently launched a women’s initiative called Libra Leaders, an
effort that is tipping the scales of capital towards women. This
initiative, centered around a network of visible leaders, is promoting
women's entrepreneurship to expand wealth creation, inspiring a new
generation of female business leaders.
Stasia Obremskey has been investing in women for her entire career, believing that the two most impactful things you can do for the world are to educate women and give them tools to manage their fertility. She is currently a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Foreground Capital, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage women’s health start-ups. Stasia co-founded and led Foreground’s precursor funds at RH Capital, where she and her team built one of the largest dedicated portfolios of venture-backed women’s health companies. At Foreground Capital, she continues to manage RH Capital funds and serves as a board director for Cadence OTC and as a board observer for Vitra Labs, Contraline, Gesynta and YourChoice Therapeutics.

Previously, Stasia worked with healthcare organizations in the US and Asia, where she joined management teams as the Chief Financial Officer to provide finance, accounting, and strategic planning expertise to startups, fast-growing companies, and non-profit organizations. She began her career in management consulting with Bain & Company and investment banking with Morgan Stanley & Co.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame. In addition to her consulting work, she has extensive experience as a member of several nonprofit boards and was named a Trailblazing Leader in Women’s Health.
Cecilia is a Los Angeles-based Senior Associate at L’ATTITUDE Ventures, where she is part of the investment team and leads portfolio management. Cecilia serves on the board of Sunthetics. She earned her MBA from USC Marshall and is a Toigo alumna.Â

Previously, she was a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C., working with federal agencies on investigations into transnational money laundering and drug trafficking.
Currently as Founder & CEO at Millie, I am working on building a better maternity care model for American mothers & birthing people. Millie brings together collaborative OB/Midwifery care in a modern, tech-enabled clinic model extended with virtual care & remote monitoring in partnership with health systems and payors. Our goal is to improve clinical outcomes and experiences from conception through early parenthood with more complete, continuous, right-sized, and proactive care.

Previously I was a founding executive at Burd Health, building the next generation of health benefits for self-insured employers. These included a full replacement alternative to traditional PBM models and a platform for early cancer detection & management. The company was founded by Steve Burd, former CEO of Safeway who was nationally recognized for improving the company's costs & baseline employee health. In my role, I led all commercial functions across our clients and industry partners.
Nerre leads First Citizen’s wealth planning team and is responsible for the creation and support of a client-centered, goals-based, advisory culture. Nerre and her team focus on providing planning expertise for highly complex issues and strategies.

With more than 30 years of experience in estate planning and taxation, she has extensive planning experience in helping high net worth clients navigate the difficult and confusing landscape of tax and wealth planning. Nerre is a graduate of Boston College Law School with a JD, an LL.M in taxation from Boston University School of Law and is a certified mergers and acquisitions and business exit advisor.
