Nick Christian is the leader of Fintech and Specialty Finance nationally. He is
responsible for helping SVB’s clients at various stages of their lifecycle. He works
closely with CEOs, CFOs and venture capitalists to help facilitate the growth of
the Fintech ecosystem by providing innovative financing solutions, banking
solutions, industry insight and advice.
Nick started with SVB in 2008, and before working in his current role, he
provided warehouse facilities to leading originators within Fintech. Nick was also
previously responsible for SVB’s strategic capital group, which offered innovative
financing solutions to high-growth technology companies.
Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in finance and management (with a
minor in economics) from Northeastern University. Outside of work, Nick enjoys
spending time with his wife, son and three dogs. Nick is an avid golfer and enjoys
every opportunity to hit the golf course and play.
Amir Sarhangi, CEO, previously was the CEO and founder of Jibe Mobile, a startup acquired by Google in 2015. Jibe’s messaging infrastructure is now Android Messenger, the most widely used text messaging protocol in the world with billions of installs and DAUs. (Apple has adopted Jibe’s RCS protocols for the iPhone as well.) After several years in a leadership role at Google, Amir departed to join Ripple as a VP of Products..Â
