St. Regis Deer Valley is approximately a 45-minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). We recommend Uber, Lyft or renting a car if you plan to do some exploring while in Utah.
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please contact the hotel directly if you need early check-in or late check-out.
We have lined up a variety of activities for you to enjoy that immerse you in the Deer Valley lifestyle - including unique ways to explore the outdoors and experience the environment around you. Attendees, spouses, and children are all encouraged to participate, each is able to sign up for one activity. Space is limited, pre-registration is required, and we are unable to accommodate changes on-site.
Experience the ultimate Park City off-road experience in a Side-by-Side Razor. Guests trade-off in the driver's seat as they explore scenic Weber Canyon. These off-road vehicles are easy to operate with a fully automatic transmission. Once the Razor is placed in gear, the driver presses the gas pedal and they’re off to an unforgettable experience. Professional, friendly guides will provide a thorough operational orientation on the Razor at the staging area and then lead you through some of the most incredible backcountries that northern Utah has to offer, with views that extend in all directions.
Enjoy unlimited use of Alpine Slide, Extreme Tubing, Extreme Zip, Freestyle Zip, Discovery Course, Canyon Course, Summit Course, Drop Tower, Airbag Jumps, Action Tower + Scenic Chairlifts for your scheduled session. Kids Camp will be offered at the hotel for children 3+ on Thursday evening while the adults head off-site for the evening reception. Dinner as well as age appropriate activities and a movie will be provided.

The weather in Deer Valley will be warm during the day and it cools down significantly at night and in the early mornings. The dress code is resort casual - jeans, nice shorts, sneakers and sandals are all acceptable. We suggest bringing a warm sweater or jacket for our evening events and for the cool meeting spaces.
Thank you for your patience while we work to confirm our Thursday afternoon activities. A survey will be sent to all confirmed attendees to inquiry about your families activity preference. We will also be offering optional morning fitness activities, please check our event website regularly for updates to the activities. Â
