Kleida is a Partner at Glasswing Ventures with deep domain expertise in data science, entrepreneurship, and product management. At Glasswing, Kleida led the firm’s investments and serves on the Board of Directors of Retrocausal and Kusari. Her governance experience also includes Observer roles on the Boards of Inrupt, Black Kite, Labviva, Allure Security, Lambent, and ChaosSearch.

As the former Head of Data Science at SocialFlow (acquired by Piano), she led the machine learning efforts for the software platform, including its AI powered proprietary content classifier for automating editorial content categorization. Prior to SocialFlow, Kleida served on the Strategy and Analysis team at Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe.

Kleida holds an MBA with honors from the Kellogg School of Management. She has been listed among Business Insider’s “41 Most Important VCs in Boston”, honored as a 2023 Rising Star by The Venture Capital Journal, and is a Boston Business Journal “40 Under 40" honoree. Currently, Kleida serves on the Steering Committee of the Boston Chapter of All Raise, committed to amplifying the success of women in the tech and venture ecosystems.

Greg is an executive officer and Chief Information & Operations Officer (CIOO) for First Citizens BancShares, Inc. and its subsidiary, First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company.

In this newly created position on the bank's executive leadership team, Greg is responsible for the strategic enablement of technology, operations, cyber and data functions across the enterprise. Greg joins First Citizens from TD Bank Financial Group in Toronto, Canada, where he worked from 2019 to 2023. Most recently, he served as head of Transformation and Corporate Operations. In this leadership role, he set the vision and built key capabilities to drive end-to-end transformational change. He also was responsible for managing corporate projects and technology platforms. 

A graduate of Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vt., Greg received bachelor's degrees in both computer science and business administration. He also earned his MBA from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y.

Brian was named SVP Information Technology for the Red Sox in August 2013. He is responsible for technology for the club and Fenway Sports Management, and he leads the technology team on all phases of the Red Sox strategy from creating a compelling fan experience at Fenway Park to enabling an effective front office and baseball operations environment.

Prior to joining the Red Sox, Brian ran Shield Consulting Group, LLC, where he assisted companies with technology strategy and digital media. Prior to starting his own company, Brian served as the EVP and CIO of The Weather Channel, where for 14 years he oversaw all technology, including weather.com, mobility, broadcast television, data analytics and IT. Prior to joining The Weather Channel, Brian served as SVP and CIO of FTD, Inc. in Chicago. Preceding his tenure at FTD, he was CTO at the investment firm of Scudder, Stevens & Clark in Boston and New York.

Brian completed his education at Bentley College in Waltham, MA where he majored in Computer Information Systems while minoring in Management and Accounting. He resides in Milton, GA with his wife and four children.
