SVB Access to Innovation and theBoardlist invite you to join us for an exclusive virtual workshop on Wednesday, April 21st.

Moderated by theBoardlist CEO, Shannon Gordon, this event will be an honest and candid conversation around bringing diversity into the boardroom, recent trends in board recruiting, board readiness, building your optimal board bio and more.

We'll bring together an esteemed panel of board directors — Rashida Hodge, Selina Tobaccowala, and Yael Zheng — to share their own unique stories and diversified experiences that have shaped their past and current board roles, including:

     - How they landed their first board role

     - What being "board ready" really means

     - What to expect as a board director

     - Demystifying the boardroom

Whether you're interested in joining a board, know an executive candidate from an underrepresented group, or you're simply curious about current conversations surrounding board diversity — register and join us for your opportunity to learn more.

Registration is required to participate and receive link to the virtual event via Zoom.
