Christina Stejskalova is a behavioral, data scientist and founder with a passion to deliver meaningful impact and to run really long races.
Her unique combination of skills, has allowed her to consistently develop innovative solutions that change behavior. Her behavioral expertise was cultivated by industry leaders including Nobel laureate Richard Thaler and Obama's Harvard professor Cass Sunstein as part of the UK’s renowned “Nudge Unit”. Combined with her analytical ability at Barclays, Facebook and most recently in VR at Oculus, Christina is driven by challenges.
But above all, Christina’s strongest belief is in empowering individuals to feel equality of opportunity. Self-taught in programming, her startup LMNS is all about recognizing people for their work and not their net-work.
A serial entrepreneur and architect by training, Dave Fano has built his career by creating high-growth teams. He founded the successful building information and technology consultancy CASE and ultimately sold it to WeWork, where he served as Chief Growth Officer and increased the unicorn startup’s revenue 100% YoY for four years and grew the team by ~2000%. In 2020, Dave launched his latest passion, Teal, which offers a collective of resources that puts career development back in the hands of the individual so they can pursue a fulfilling career.
Gareth has worked in the HR and Resourcing arena for 30 years. He is currently the CEO of recruiting start up Headstart and over his career he has led various business functions including HR, Technology, Business Development, Consulting, CRM, Marketing and Recruitment. A regular speaker and blogger on technology and the future of people at work, he has spent the best part of the last 20 years challenging conventional thinking and pioneering the use of technology to improve business and individual performance. Before joining Headstart he was Chief Innovation Officer at the Chemistry Group, where he built and ran an award winning lab, focussing on the potential of using data science to assess human potential.

Symba’s founders, Ahva Sadeghi and Nikita Gupta, have been named leaders in the remote work revolution and Forbes 30 Under 30. Ahva, Symba’s CEO, was one of the very first remote interns with the US Department of State.
