Lauren Gill is the founding Head of People at Vivvi, an early education company that partners with employers of all sizes to offer world-class child care that is both accessible and affordable. A former teacher herself, Lauren oversees talent acquisition, training, HR, culture and internal communications at Vivvi and is committed to making Vivvi the very best place for educators to pursue their careers. Lauren has been the first People team hire twice before: first at social entrepreneurship fellowship Venture for America and most recently at health tech startup Eight Sleep.

Keryn leads the people team at CommonBond, a fintech company focused on higher education finance. She is currently the VP of People, overseeing HR, recruiting, facilities and culture.  Previously, she was the Director of HR at Yodle, a high growth online marketing company which was sold to Web.com. At Yodle, she led the integration efforts for the combined entities.  Keryn started her career in the analyst program at Barclays Investment Bank where she held various roles in HR. She is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics.

Anthony Onesto is a leading expert on culture, human resources, and talent. Anthony joined the Suzy Team to help scale and drive its mission and vision around culture, talent, and human resources. Anthony brings a unique approach to Human Resources, using design thinking principles to build a human-centered and fearless organization. 

Meeta Kapadia is a Managing Director in the Venture Capital Relationship Management Group at SVB where she provides tech-focused VCs in Boston and their portfolio companies with meaningful connections and banking solutions. Prior to this role, Meeta spent nearly seven years with SVB’s Liquidity group where she led the national client management team for SVB Asset Management.
